Delivery Information

We take great care over how we pack our products so that our customers receive their beautiful purchases in one piece. As our products are fragile items and required to be packed in such a way to stop movement and breakages. Our warehouse team are trained in this art and take their time over packing every cup, plate and dinner set so you don’t need to worry.
Delivery charges vary depending on what you're ordering. You can find the exact charge you'll pay on the product information page, just above the add-to-basket button.

Our large-item delivery services are subject to driver and vehicle availability. You'll be able to see whether express delivery is available to you once you enter your postcode on the product page.
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take a little longer if your business is in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Some items come directly from the manufacture in oversea. If so, we'll unable to give you an estimated availability time frame. However, we will contact you once the goods have arrived in the UK and ready for the delivery.

Next day delivery is available on certain items during sales and other promotions.

Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us within 14 days by email to info@chinaporcelain.co.uk or by telephone on +44(0)333 303 1353. We will then advise you on how to return the goods in a fast and safe way. Please keep the goods unused and returned to us with the original packaging.

If you wish to return goods then you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 15 days of the order cancellation at the latest.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, upon which the customer will receive a full refund.
If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
